First of all NO!! Vegetarians are not suppose to be skinny people!! I know 3 vegans who weight at least 180!!! at 5'3!! WHY? Beacause they don't just eat veggies!!! garden burgers you name it,just no meat!! 110 at 5'4 is VERY SKINNY!!! Im 5'3 and I weigh 118 and I am a size 3!!! I am trying to GAIN weight to get to 130 and thankfully its working after getting here after pregnancy from 170!!!! Most men I know think its grosse when women are so thin. A friend of mine did cardio and ate right for six months and lost NOTHING!!! Until she added weight training then she lost 20 lbs in a month even eating chocolate!!! she did 20 min treadmill,20 min on the bike,and an hour of weights. Cardio rarely works full term. You need to incorperate weights or you'll be stuck starving and getting sick.Also starving you will get sick and look terrible and I mean terrible!! Have you ever felt someone who doesn't weight train even a little bit and then felt someone who just starves and doesn'tdo it? The one who starves feels like jello and you almost get swallowed by their skin and the other one feels in great shape and firm.That is the difference.These are just my suggestions hope they helped,oh yes I am a trainer so I do know what Im talking about.
