Getting rid of body fat is a process of eating right and exercising. It is not possible for you to lose weight in a specific area by doing a specific exercise. A balance of cardio. and resistance training is going to help you the most. Remember this, the more muscle you have the more your body needs to maintain it, fat on the other hand does nothing and needs nothing. Make sure you are getting enough protien and watch out for foods that have empty calories and are high in fat (most if not all junk foods). Good luck
