: I was wondering if anyone has had any success with any supplements that give them extra energy. I have heard about Metabolife, but to me the side-effects are too great. I worry about a product that increases your heart rate. I guess I am just hoping for a vitamin or mineral supplement that will allow me to complete my daily schedule, and still have energy left over to workout at the end of the day - however I don't want my sleep to suffer. I appreciate any advice.
There is a product called Optiburn that lets you vary the amount pre dosage you take. By doing so you can taylor the amount you take so you can let your body naturally adjust to the product. I have been taking it and I must say so far I'm happy with the effects. hope this helps
