ephedrine works for some people but not for me. At 3.75 to 7.5 mg it was ineffective for me. At 15 to 30 mg it made me ill. And by the way, I was taking it with 2 -3 cups of coffee per day (for the caffeine). Not with aspirin though since I am allergic. Anyway, I am back to trying diet and exercise, which I have tried before but I think it deserves another shot
