: : : I am an A blood type and I am on the Atkins diet right now, I just started it. You got me
: : : worried by saying A type should not eat meat, we should stick to carbs.
: : : If you get anymore information about it, I would be glad to hear about it.
: : : Thanks
: : First off, I'm not trting to deter you from the Atkin's diet...try it, and see. If it doesn't work for you, it didn't for me, try the type A diet, it is diffently working for me.
: : Foods that encourage weight gain: Meat, dairy foods, kidney beans, lima beans, too much wheat.
: : Foods that encourage weight loss: Vegetable oils, soy foods, veggies, pineapple.
