If you are just having a problem with eating too much than you may want to try some kind of appetite suppressant. I know of one called optiburn that I hear works good. What ever you do don't give up on proper nutrition and exercise. Even if you get your stomanh stapled you are going to have to make sure you exercise to get rid of the unwanted weight. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
