Any thermogenic that is made to help you lose weight is going to contain three main ingredients, they are 1.Caffine 2.epherda 3.aspirin. One thing you want to make sure of is that all herbal forms of these ingredients are used. I use optiburn and it works great for me without the jitters that accompany some thermogenics, it's all herbal as well.
