I don't know what the difference is between them but I do know that most good fat burnning product will contain asprin, caffine, and ephdra. Sometimes you can find a good ephdra free product it is substatuted with cayenne pepper, but I have never heard of one without the caffine. I have had good results using thermogenic products. good luck with what ever you use.
