Yeah, carb blockers are a great supplement. But, only if you're following a low-carb plan already. They are really meant for the times you slip up or know that you're going to eat a few carbs. You pop them beforehand, and it keeps some of any starch you eat from being absorbed. They aren't going to burn fat like a thermogenic pill, but they will help you keep your low-carb diet where it needs to be. Hope that helped. My wife has friends using them now, they carry them everywhere. They are noticing weight loss slowly but surely. I think they are taking one called Carb Control.
