: I just read that isn the paper. i am not a specialist or anything. PLEASE post your question again and see what others write. I did a web search and one site I found is www.bennrye.com/articles/articles.html
: I really would ask somebody who really is a specialist before taking any of these products. SORRY I don't know more about it.
I gained weight as a result of a car accident that has left me with very few exercise choices. For someone who loved to mountain climb, walking is kind of boring! I have been taking a Ma Huang based (this is the natural herb...not the man made chemical ephedrine or pseudo ephedrine)weight loss supplement for almost two years and have lost nearly 100 pounds. This product also has lots of chromium in it). Besides drinking lots of water, taking these supplements is the only thing I have forcefully changed about my eating habits (in other words, I never forced myself to restrict calories, etc.). The firast things I noticed was less puffiness (no more retaining water) and less appetite. About the two years.....No "diet" you go on is going to be successful if you force your body too quickly...it is s living organism and needs time to get used to the idea that it is losing weight...you can't shock it or it will get scared and want the weight back. That is the most important key to any plan. Go ahead with the MaHuang supplemets...it is the Man made stuff in too strong of doses that has been harmful. I have had some slepplessness at times, the only neg. sude effect I experienced.
