Does anyone have experience with success on the Carbohydrate Addicts diet who also have hypoglycemia. I have a severe problem with this and I am afraid of not having carbs in the morning, will I have my dizziness if there are no carbs? I have a friend who swears by this diet, but she was only moderately hypoglycemic. I need to lose 35 pounds, I keep gaining because I eat to keep my glucose up. The doctor says I am severely hypoglycemic which is probably preceding diabetes down the road soon. Help!
