In your opinions, to get quick weight loss, which should i cut? Thanks. Cut out the simple (sugars) and complex (just another word for starch) carbohydrates. Fiber is ok. By cutting the carbs, this will also cut out some of the dairy such as whole and low fat milk, and most flavored yogurt. Most cheese is ok since it is low in carbs. Alan S.
