: Cut out the simple (sugars) and complex (just another word for starch) carbohydrates. Fiber is ok. By cutting the carbs, this will also cut out some of the dairy such as whole and low fat milk, and most flavored yogurt. Most cheese is ok since it is low in carbs. Alan S.

I agree with Allan and It sure worked for me. In one year I lost 145 pounds and have kept it off. At first I missed them but the joy of being slim again is worth the sacrifice of things like yogart( which I too love) As far as the milk just go to cream and dilute it with water and you have no carbs and no sugar.
