I would like to know if anyone has tried Slimfast or any similar product. i would like to know how it did or did not work for you. I am a 23 yr old mother of 2 young children, who I had 18 months apart. I gained over 60 pounds throughout the pregnancies and would like to lose the weight. I would like to get back to my average weight of 125. I am now at 185. Please let me know if you have a plan that could work for me!
I am ready and willing to get started!
