Hi my name is Michael and slimfast was one of the worst diets I have ever tried..It did not work for me..the reason was because it was so hard to do..you can hardly eat anything..every time I tried it I just set myself up for a binge later on down the road..the most effective things that I have done to help me lose weight is low carb and weight watchers...I have gone off and on both of these diets for the past year and I have lost 40 pounds so far..however, I am at a complete standstill and I am looking into "the negative calorie diet"..the book should be in next week..I hope my reply helped you.
