: I would like to know if anyone has tried Slimfast or any similar product. i would like to know how it did or did not work for you. I am a 23 yr old mother of 2 young children, who I had 18 months apart. I gained over 60 pounds throughout the pregnancies and would like to lose the weight. I would like to get back to my average weight of 125. I am now at 185. Please let me know if you have a plan that could work for me!
: I am ready and willing to get started!
Hi my name is Michael and slimfast was one of the worst diets I have ever tried..It did not work for me..the reason was because it was so hard to do..you can hardly eat anything..every time I tried it I just set myself up for a binge later on down the road..the most effective things that I have done to help me lose weight is low carb and weight watchers...I have gone off and on both of these diets for the past year and I have lost 40 pounds so far..however, I am at a complete standstill and I am looking into "the negative calorie diet"..the book should be in next week..I hope my reply helped you.
