: What are some names of carb blockers and where can I get them? I don't think blockers are the answer. I don't eat large amounts at a time, but feel I have to be grazing on sugar constantly. I'm rarely satisfied. I've had fibromyalgia and eat sugar for energy. That's not a good thing and has obviously caused a sugar addiction. Now I'm trying to figure out how to reverse this thing. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
