I tried it for 3 months, I didn't lose an ounce. My chiropractor claimed that's how he lost weight, but it didn't work for me. After there was no weight loss in a month I tried to alter my eating habits a little but that didn't do anything either. However, like many products that have side affects I didn't have any of those. I will add that I am on medicine for high blood pressure and I am hypogycemic, which I sometimes think is why I can't lose weight. I was also so sure the Zymax was going to be my answer and I took it faithfully for three months and didn't lose any weight. (But as a side affect I had a ton of energy! I just could afford to keep paying the price they want and not lose any weight.) Hope this helps you somewhat. Sincerely, Ann
