: hello --
: since december of last year I have tried to loose weight and have been on a constant weight roller coaster, but on the whole have ended up loosing weight. then i weighed about 220-230 pounds, and nearly a year later, weighing about 170-175. however, all along, and peaking at this very moment is my frustration about the weightloss. although my ideal weight is roughly 160 to 165, i LOOK so fat in the mirror, it's depressing. my thighs are huge and i still have a little upper body weight left. i have wondered where or if i am ever going to come across my desired body. when am i going to be a slim fitting 31" when i am now a 33". It's tough. I just can't take it sometime. But i still feel comitted to working towards the goal.
What kind of diet were you on? What kind of foods can you eat? What do you avoid?
