I am getting the book in this week sometime..the book is called "Foods that cause you to lose weight, the negative calorie effect" It's by Dr. Neal Barnard I think..The only things I know about this diet is that you can eat potatoes and corn and some other veggies..I am really anxious to know what Dr. Barnard's theory is...and more importantly..if it works..I've heard about it from people and most people seem to have great success with it..but I guess I will know when the book comes in...if anyone has any information about it..please respond..thanks again.
