You're one of the blessed with a naturally high metabolism. However; it's just as hard for us to gain as it is for the "fluffy" to lose. Actually you do the opposite: you need to eat lots of calories spaced throughout the day. Not just a weight gain shake here and there. Every meal should have plenty of protein, carbs, and good fat. Start lifting weights moderately to stimulate muscle growth so that you gain weight and look "lean" instead of fat. Also, add Olive Oil to your shakes to add a few hundred calories. And have a weight gain shake before bed. Eat more all the time, and lift weights.
Simple as that.
