Posted by Rhonda on November 19, 2000 at 17:37:16: I have been using a low carb soy meal replacement (ToDietFor by NuLife) once/twice a day to assist with weightloss. However, I have not had much success even though I do my best to keep my other meal to just protein and some veges, as well as exercise daily. I just realized (I don't know why I never thought of it sooner) that I mix my shake with milk (2%) and perhaps this is where some extra carbs are throwing me off. Does this some right? How many carbs are in a glass of 2% milk? I'll try water for the next week or so and see if this helps, even though the taste will leave something to desire.
