Yes, use equal or sweet and low instead of sugar. And the number of calories from Carbs depends on you. How much are you trying to lose? Start by reducing your carbs by about 30%. Then start lowering them more as you go. If you drop them completely, you will most likely freak out and eat them anyway. So, I advise slowly reducing carb intake and increasing clean protein and veggies. Water is important for everything. Drink about 2 cups of it with every meal.
