Although most poster disagree with my approach, mainly because of the Atkin's diet, I'm still sticking to my anti-dairy diet, and I have lost about 9 pounds in four weeks. I've been living on wheat pasta w/ low fat sauce mixed with pinto beans, ezekiel bread, tunafish, chicken, fish, veggies, black coffee, peanut butter, peanuts, pineapple, low fat refried beans with low fat corn chips, herbal teas, and brown rice. The only dairy I have is the Kraft grated cheese on my pasta.
I have been on the Atkin's diet...I got sick of meat and missed grains and beans. I was also constantly constipated. Giving up dairy has given me a newfound freedom with food, and I get complements about how great I've been looking everyday.

I'm not against anything that works for someone, I'm simply sharing what has definitely worked for me.
