Hi, I have been really down on myself lately, because i cant seem to lose weight. Can someone tell me a couple of different options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that worked for them on the Atkins diet? I will be very thankful, i need all the help i can get. I just wanna cry everytime i look in the mirror. If i can just lose 25 pounds, i'll be at my desired weight.
