: : Like I said before...I don't follow this diet to the letter, I basically work with the two upper weight gain/weight loss foods and TRY to make choices using the good/bad list.
The book I've been reading is "Eat Right 4 Your Type" by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. There is also a web site for this diet...not sure of the website address, just punch in " blood type diet" and you will find it...look for the oficial website, and then the chat room...you will get get info from others .
