I have completely cut carbs out of my diet, except for the ones, in say milk. I still can't find the book. Does cheese have a lot of carbs in it? I really like Monterrey Jack, Cheddar, etc. I really like this diet. Yesterday was Thanksgiving, and I didn't even want the mashed potatoes or pies. I just had turkey and green beans. Anyway, I haven't lost anything that I've noticed, but it has only been a little over a week. Is it true that it takes about 3 weeks before you start seeing anything? The only thing I have problems with is that I really hate greasy food, so when I cook, I usually use my Foreman grill. That doesn't cause a problem with this, does it? Thank you so much for all your help. Your success with this is really what has kept me motivated. I need to loose at least 60lbs. I am 5'8 & weigh 185-190, I'd like to get down to where I felt most comfortable between 130 - 140. Anything less than that, and I'd look anorexic. Anyway, thanks alot for your help.
