I totally agree, I called my credit card company to see if they offer protection for this type of thing. They do but I needed to have registered my complaint within 60 days (I hadn't even received the product within 60 days). However, they did take the name of the company and will flag. This means that they will not process further orders from Phytopharma. I guess I feel a bit better!
: This is probably going to go down as one of the biggest scams of the new century. If you try to cal and check on your order you will be referred to the customer service center. Good luck on getting thru to them. I have spoken to supervisors in the order department with no problems resloved. Perhaps it's time for a national investigation and a class action lawsuit.
