I still haven't been able to find the book, so I have come to the conclusion that Ray is right and I went to the Atkins sight, and here is my question. Should I buy the book and call it good, or should I get the 2 week start up kit for $30? I guess it has the book, meal plans, vitamins and essential oils and other stuff in it. Accordining to my fiancee, I've lost weight already, the scale agrees even though I don't see it yet, sooooo... What's your input fellas? Thanks for all of your help!
