Hi, I have not been in this message board so i am kinda new!!, can anyone give me any ideas on how to lose weight? I need to lose 6lb's before christmas, i have 25 days. Help!.
I am 16, i am a heavy smoker and i need a diet which is right for me!! Thanks to anyone who can help, E-mail the responses to me
