I had saddle bags - right at the top side and back of my thighs. I figured that there just wasn't anything to be done about them. Then, at work, the boss decided that we would assume responsibility for all supplies - ordering, distributing, etc. The supply room was located directly over my office, so every day for a period of several weeks I climbed the stairs (one flight) to the supply room. Sometimes it was twice a day. One day, I had my hands down at my sides and I noticed that - ??? - my saddlebags were gone! I had not changed my diet not my routine except for that daily climb to the floor above! It has been several years now and that task has been delegated, so I don't climb the stairs every day, but I still don't have those saddlebags!
