Hi.. Just wanted to let you know that I have tried the X-TREME product that you are asking about and I did lose sixty three pounds in six months... but you will have alot of nervous energy when you start taking it.. its loaded with caffine.. I also want you to know that if you dont continue taking it.. you will gain it all back.. I am still taking it and this is something I have taken for at least yrs.. some people say that it speeds up their heart rate so much that they had to stop taking it.. It also upsets my stomach if I take it without food, however I even have to have something in my stomach to even take tylenol.. so you cant go by me on that one.. smile.. any further questions.. just msg me and I will be happy to answer them for you.
