I don't mean to advertise or anything, but about a month ago i started taking Xenadrine twice daily, three to four capsules a day. I am not that much lighter weight wise but am a whole lot more toned, losing alot of my fat deposits. I realize tough that it dosen't work for anyone and that you have to be safe about using it, but i just wanted to tell you guys that with exercise and less fattening diets, it really worked well for me. i'd be willing to take questions -- thanks!@
