I tried one bottle of Fat Predator and saw about 5 pounds of weight loss. But who knows if that was because I have been working out more? It made me very jittery at first, but after a while I didn't get that side effect as much. I was not told about the laxative the first time and now I am going to try it again with the laxative. Do you think taking the laxative is really needed? I am taking birth control pills which they said would slow the weight loss possibly. Anyone else out there in this situation?
