Say a person was doing very well on Atkins for three weeks, maybe four, then due to holidays and other extenuating circumstances, cheated BIG time, for about a week, do you then start the weight loss over from scratch? Thinking of waiting until after 1st of the year when stressful inlaws are gone and holidays are over. Any input?
