Xenical is a fat blocker which blocks approximately 1/3 of the fat you eat to be used for fat storage. That all sounds great and dandy but due to the large amount of fat blocking there are some nasty side effects..for instance you have to go to the bathroom alot and you sometimes have the inability to control your bowel movements. Xenical doesn't have any ephedrine or anything and it sounds pretty safe. But I think Xenadrine has mahuang (ephedrine) in it and that is bad news. Whether you have heart problems or not ephedrine is bad news for your body. All those proucts that have it (metabolife and many others) are just legal speed. It does the exact same thing that regular speed does, because they are basically the same thing..my advice to people who are trying to lose weight is to stay away from those products..they make your heart race and everything and it's extremely dangerous.
