This could be normal or it could be an infection. Have you mentioned this to your doctor when you get your routine checkups? If your doctor is not aware of this discharge then you need to go in to see him/her and get this checked out. Many infections do not produce any itching or other signs besides discharge. Some discharges if left untreated can cause Pelvic Inflammitory Disease which left untreated can make you sterile. For peace of mind get your discharge checked out.
