Pain in the breast is not an automatic diagnosis of cancer. You probably have some soft tissue bruising from being elbowed but go in and get checked out. It is much easier to get things checked and do what is needed than it is to bury your head in the sand and ignore things. Cancer is a horrible way to spend you last days when so many types of cancer are treatable if caught early. Don't ever let the threat of cancer scare you away from the doctors office as I can assure it is much more painful to die from cancer than to things treated and taken care of. Have your breast examined to ease your mind and to find out just what is going on. Good Luck.
