I don't know how many or where these hairs are growing on you. Tweezing may be the best solution if it's just a few hairs around the nipples. If it's more than that, maybe electrolysis would be the best bet. Shaving or especially depilatories seem like a bad idea to me.

After a couple of years of once a month or so tweezing, they seem to have gone away permanently.
