You should talk to your doctor. He should be able to prescribe something or at least give you guidance as to taking this over the counter drug when you might be pregnant.

I'm sure he'll either give you something to cure the infection or tell you that it is ok to take the OTC drug.

Either way, he/she should know your history just incase you do find out you are pregnant.

Also, you might want to ask your doctor about taking a blood pregnancy test. I'm not sure when this could be done, but I know that as soon as you are pregnant - you're body starts to produce a different hormone (not normally present in non-pregnant females). The hormone is detected by the test.

: If there was a remote (and I'm talking remote) chance that you were pregnant, but wouldn't even know yet
: if you were because you hadn't yet missed a period, would you take over-the-counter yeast infection
: medication? (Package says not to use if you are pregnant or think you are pregnant.) I have a bad yeast
: infection, it's driving me crazy, and it would be 6 days before I'd even get my period. Anyone have any
: thoughts?
