: Diane,
: I, too, hate Cleocin. In fact, I think that it breaks me out, but my doctor tells me how great it is. I haven't used it in months, but he continues to say, "Keep using the Cleocin". I have told him before about not noticing any benefits from it--so I made an executive decision and I am not putting any more of that sweaty stuff on:) I am on Tazorac, and that has really worked well for me although it took about 1-2 months for me to see the improvement that I wanted. BTW, I have tried Accutane several times along with the multitude of other meds--my acne is STUBBORN and cystic on my jawline/cheeks/mouth area. This led me to believe that I have a hormonal issue, but if that's true, I am not sure that the Tazorac would have worked--know what I mean? Well, now I am rambling, but I guess that I wanted to just say that I am seeing the skin that I have always wanted since I have been on Tazorac. So, you might think about it.

: hey drew, thanks for responding. its funny, a few months ago i asked my derm about tazorac from hearing on here...and he, cleocin is better...for some stupid reason i dont even then i said what about azelaic acid and he said thats for pregnant women who cant use stronger stuff..and i'm like ooookaayyyy. this man obviously doesn't want to work with me. i'm going to demand it next time! ;)~ i wont take no for an answer! oh and get this...then he says that the most important thing is that i'm happy with the meds. and i'm like where were you when i just said i wasn't?
