: : She told me I have roseca because of my swollen pores on my nose. I always thojujght Roseca was when your face was red. she prescribed klaron and Cleocin t. No antibiotics ir accutane. Anyone use these lotions?

: Get a second opinion! I too was told at one time I had rosacea. WRONG! I had acne. If your doctor says they are the same as fast as you can. One dermatologist said this is just something you'll have to live with the rest of your life. WRONG AGAIN. If you have rosacea, the topical medicine of choice right now I think is Metrogel. But first you need to be sure that's what you have. Get another opinion and go to for more info. Many times rosacea is misdiagnosed because of your age. Are you over 25? When you get to a certain age doctors start to wrongly diagnose acne vulgaris as rosacea. This was the case with me when I was 28. I am now 32. My face is clear now because of a regimen I have listed many times on this board. This is a free treatment that requires products you can buy at your local store. It worked for me after having tried every prescription known for 17 years.
: I have been on both Klaron and Cleocin T. Neither worked for me for acne (not to say they won't work for you). Good luck.

Yup I am 32 and I dont think its Roseca either. But the Klaron and Cleocin-t have been working well thanks. Sorry if others on this board thought I was an ididot because I didnt say Cleocin-T was a Topical antibotic! I meant oral antibotics,I didnt get oral antibotics!
