: I would be most grateful to hear from any people via email who suffer from ankylosing spondylitis and osteoarthritis about how they cope with the chronic pain and also to make friends over the net to chat to on line. I would be most interested to hear their story about when their condition started and the speed of its degeneration. How many years have you suffered
: How your family copes with it. Where do I get in touch with Arthritis Associations around the UK and local to me - Lincolnshire. If you can be of any help as to which associations there are I would be extremely grateful for any information from any kind person. Do you follow any particular diets? What tablets you are having to take for muscle spasm and painkillers and anti-inflammatories.
: If you would email me I would appreciate any help
: Thank you - have a peaceful and comfortable night
: BEST WISHES - ANNE ([email protected]) Usually on line after 11pm - 2am.

Hi Anne
My name is Molly, I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and osteroarthritis on feb. 2, 2000. I have had pain in my joints since I was about 6 or 7 years old. When I was a little girl my mother would tell me that everybody hurted somewhere so that satified me. I'm now 45 years old and in chronic pain. The doctor says that my lower spine, my ribs, and 2 disc in my neck has already fused in the degenerative process.. She put me on vioxx 25mg as an anti-inflammtory drug and Darvocet-N 100 as a painkiller. At this time my husband tries to be patient with me during my moaning at night, most times I have to get up during the night because of the pain. I don't at this time have information to give on an Arthritis foundation support near you. I will be looking for that information.
I hope that you have a blessed night.
I would love to email you, but I will wait to see if it's okay. O by the way, something so funny, yet it is not so funny. I have osteoarthritis in my big toes, is't that something.
