: If you are truly in remission, you don't need enbrel. By the way, it is doubtful that anything "caused" your remission---remission from RA just happens, on rare occasions, call it GOD'S will. Anyway, as I said, if you are in remission, but some of your joints are frozen from lack of use when you were hurting, see a rheumatologist and a orthopaedic surgeon, ASAP, and ask them to take over. Tell them that you are in remission but you want to walk again. It seems to me they should be able to get you on your feet now, through joint surgery and/or physical therapy. Go for it!!!-----beau

:Chondroitin and Glucosamine and fish oil really help keep my joints lubricated and help with inflammation. The G&C takes about 4-6 weeks to make a noticable difference. Mine isn't as severe as yours, but I can tell a major difference. The medical profession is beginning to recognize these alternatives as viable. Ask your doctor about it.
