I'm completely committed to getting "back to normal" and will do whatever it takes....short of back surgery, because I would never be the same after that..... I'm certainly not the same after my Cancer tumor/right Kidney removal last year.

HI SUE! Have we "met"? Im 26/yr old F with possible tears at L4/5, mild central herniation and early DDD in that same location. I have alot of symptons in common with Rick J, sounds like you may also. I try to keep up with these posts, but I also try to avoid getting sucked in for 4 hours like i did the first week i got on. Any way @ the paraformous strech, I've done it too and get lots of variation fo whats stretches depending on the ankle position and all. Any way one thing I wasnt told right away is that if you are in a McKenzie/extension based program like me, remember this stretch is flexion, so always follow it with extension to reset. Just a tip,helped me. have a good day...
