just kidding. Seriously, since it's kind of hard to jump rope for long periods of time (I know Im too big a clutz to go for more than 2 minutes at a shot) just try intervals. Maybe 1 minute jump rope, 1 minute jumping jacks, 1 minute jump rope, 1 minute situps, etc... (or as long as you can and just keep adding to it). There isn't really a "routine" for jumping rope. Just do whatever you can to keep your heart rate up for 20 mnutes or more.
