i need advice! - sinus tachycardia

I went to the er last week and I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I am 25 years old. My ekg read sinus tachycardia, right atrial enlargement, cannot rule out anterior infarct, age undetermined, abnormal ekg. Vent rate 131 bpm, PR interval 152 ms, QRSD 68 ms, QT/QTc 282/416 ms, P-R-T axis 75 72 29. I went home. I ended up going back to the er for fast heart rate. Got another ekg reading sinus tachcardia, right atrial abnormality, RSR in V1 or V2, probably normal variant, minimal ST depression, diffuse leads. Rate 111, PR 180, QRSD 80, QT/QTc 332/452, axis 76, 37, -4. I also had blood work done and showed high monocytes, and high D-Dimer. They took a CT of my lungs and no PE but found a 2mm nodule in the right lower lobe of the lung which is nonspecified. Is there anything to worry about. Please help.
