I'm starting to drink a wide variety of drinks from water, tea, sobe life water, apple juice, orange juice and so on. I have been eating a lot more because I'm hungry more often now. Slowly, but I am starting to feel a little bit better. I never liked running so my cardio excesses consists on slow walking. I'm sleeping about 8 hours a day which I think is ok for my body.
