Smile Compression fractures to T5 and T7

Almost two years ago I was in an automobile accident where I had compression fractures of t5 and t7. T5 has healed but t7 is the problem. From my last Dr appt, the Ct scan shows that T7 has scalopped. thus chronic pain and discomfort. Dr stated that first two drs and radiologist were wrong with their diagnosis. Not much we can do now. I have tried to see pain managment specialist who stated that they can't help me. Other dr's won't see me because it was from an auto accident. I had to change the car I drive to one without lumbar support and I can drive pain free. But it's everything else. Lifting?? forget about it. I need to get a new mattress either pillow top or a therapedic but where do I get the $$ from before settlement custom shoes to make my walking better? etc. Any suggestions for treatment would be appreciated. Some days the back is so bad (just throbbing pain) that I have difficulty concentrating on my job. Oh yes last dr stated that I have permanent disability, just waiting for his report so I can proceed with my attorney.
