Lots of Foot Pain

Hello everyone, my name is April. I am 20 years old. I'm almost 22 weeks pregnant but I'm not sure that has anything to do with this. Anyways, in 2010 I had a tenosynovectomy on my right foot due to an injury from Triple Jump in Track and field a year and a half earlier. After finally giving up on my family doctor who would not clear me for sports, but continued to say my foot was fine, I went to a Foot Specialist. After a few months of trying to correct the problem with unoperative methods, he made the decision to do surgery. My parents however would not take me to physical therapy, so I had to do at home therapy, such as writing the alphabet with my foot and the towel stretch. Now, over 2 years later I still have pain and swelling in my right foot and have limited movement. This morning every step I took it felt like pinching or a bone to bone feeling and it just felt funny. I got up and ended up twisting my ankle. When I got home i took off my shoe and my foot was swollen, but not terrible. When I walk without shoes on or move my big toe, the muscle on the bottom of my foot which feels like it connects to the big toe tightens up really tight making me unable to move my foot. The tightness and pain moves up to the side of my knee.
I'm not sure what I did or what is happening or if any of it was even related. But if someone has experienced this or has any good advice that would be awesome! Thank you in advance!
