Shoulder Issue No-one Can Explain

I have an unusual shoulder issue going on. It started 4 months ago in July. Basically the right shoulder is hyperactive to the point that my right arm is nearly useless. When the problem first started the shoulder jerking was subtle and only cropped up when the shoulder was fatigued. I worked at a mail sorting centre, which involved a lot of repetitious work.
I had X-Rays, Ultrasound on the shoulder and a CT Scan on Cervical Spine. Nothing of note was found in these scans apart from slight Bursitis.

When it first happened the Physio and Orthopaedic Surgeon felt it was an issue with the shoulder blade (Scapula Dyskinesis). I did Physio for 6 weeks to strengthen the Rhomboid muscles as they were observed to be wasted and also it seemed that the Trapezium was over developed and were dominating the should movement. Over the 6 weeks of Physio the shoulder instability got worse.

With no signs of improvement I had an EMG (To check the nerves) and an MRI. The EMG showed no issues with the nerves in the right shoulder and arm. The MRI shows Bursitis, as well as signs of Arthritis and a 50 tear in the Supraspinatus Tendon. I got Steroid injections for the Bursitis and in the A/C Joint. A week after that the shoulder instability increased. It is intolerable at this stage as there is no way to brace the shoulder to stop the jerking action that happens.

I saw a second Specialist last week who tested the shoulder and he concluded that the issue is the shoulder blade and that I need to get stuck into Physio again.

In the last 4 months I've tried wearing shoulder brace's and taping the shoulder with Rocktape and Acupuncture, everything seems to initially give some relief, then after a day or so the shoulder is as bad as ever.
It should be noted that when I'm lying down or sitting with my elbows on a table the shoulder is stable, so I don't think there's any TICs or Tourettes going on.

I've wondered in the last day or two if the issue is actually in the front of the shoulder, because I've noticed that if feels like the shoulder is being pulled forward by the Pectoral muscle.
I'm going to get more Acupuncture tomorrow concentrating on the front of the shoulder.
If anyone has any advice or ideas about my shoulder issue, I'd love to hear it.
